
What we do, in a nutshell…
We sell quickly, on your behalf, nationwide, goods & items that you want to liquidate fast for cash.
We sell your goods by auction.
Often these are Cars, Boats, Caravans, Equipment, Cabins, Machinery, High Value items from $5k to $500k.
So nothing that’s worth less than $5,000, nothing that is specialist and nothing that you don’t own (we need to see proof of your ownership and identity).
Our Service
FASTSale – enable a sale as soon as 10 days from contract signing, with collection of goods & payment within 14 days.
Different options available by agreement
We will discuss and acknowledge your target price range and consider whether that is reasonable.
We will NOT guarantee any price whatsoever, but knowing what you want helps us to establish if a sale in this price range is feasible and whether you have a reasonable chance of achieving that price at auction
What we do (as your Agent) for the sale:
List Goods for Sale by Auction
Visit or meet online with you (the Principal) to Photograph Goods, Capture & Complete Sales details
Hold visits with potential Buyers (by agreement with Principal)
Prepare auction listing following our own well practiced unique formula with the intention of generating great exposure to market participants and achieve a reasonable market price at auction end.
Manage correspondence with potential buyers.
Agree with you a time slot for a performance review on the last day of auction to give you a chance to withdraw before the auction finalises.
Physically hold goods for the Auction period (Optional)
On Settlement
Facilitate a Sale & Purchase Agreement
Support completion of sale, exchange of Goods and Payment
Receive Receipts from Buyer, deduct Fees and make any Finance Company payment (tbc)
and Transfer the Balance of funds to the Principal per the timelines agreed.

What does it cost?
1.Auction Fees
FastSellers Set Up Fee
$500 ($5,000 to $10,000 target price)
$750 ($10,001 – $25,000 target price)
$1,000 ($25,001- $50,000 target price)
Above $50,001 by agreement
The Set Up fee is payable on signing, offset against the Sales commission payable at completion.
2.Other Ad-hoc Costs
Paid in advance as required, includes:
-Any significant auction fees over the first $50 (free). -Any visits to your site to support the listing, Buyer visits – if not local then paid by the hour plus travelling (by agreement)
-Any special photographs or videos if you can’t arrange them
-Additional ownership checks if required
-Other items tbd.
3.Sales Commission
Flat fee of 10% . Per the tables below, the Set Up Fee already paid is deducted from the commission payable to us.
This all assumes a straight-forward sale with good co-operation and communication with the Seller
The fees paid up-front are non-refundable if you pull out after the start of the auction.

What you need to do, as Seller (Principal)
Acknowledge and provide proof that you are the lawful, registered owner and have the right to sell the goods
Provide an honest and complete picture of the specification, current state and history of the goods.
Provide a complete picture of any known faults with the goods.
Provide complete details of any financial interest in the goods, settlement balance and Finance company process for sale of the goods
Pay the required fees on time
Cover the cost of any material transaction charges not identified (bank fees / any irregular auction fees for non standard items etc)
Be available and make every effort to join the last day of auction performance review phone call and commit to the sale (or withdraw) at that point.
Quickly address any requirements for processing the transfer of ownership, and completion of the sale.
